Compassionate Traditional Wisdom, Mind-Body-Science and Trauma Informed Care

About Dr. Sairupa
Hello and welcome!
I’m a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Ayurveda Practitioner and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of study and 15 years of facilitation, teaching and clinical experience.
I love working collaboratively with students and clients to cultivate sustained pathways to health and wellness. We integrate Ayurvedic wisdom, science and trauma informed care into our journey of working together. Alot of the people I work with appreciate the gentle and caring approach I take to complex conditions. I truly love the work I get to do and it's an honour to be immersed in such a vast knowledge system such as Ayurveda. If you're new to my work- please explore my website and book a complimentary session to see if we're a good fit to work together!
